Airport PickupProvide us with your Bali flight and arrival details. We will pick you up at the airport according to your arrival time. If you are checking out of the hotel and transferring to the airport, please indicate your pick-up time and flight departure time, and if you are transferring from the hotel to the airport, please indicate your pick-up time and flight departure time.
Transportation to hotels, airports, and beyond in comfort- 1-4 passengers are assigned to a standard Avanza 6-seater, with a maximum of two airline checked bags for four passengers.
- If you are traveling with more than 5 people or have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade your vehicle. Please upgrade to an Innova (7-seater) vehicle.
- For larger groups, please contact us via message.
- Both airport pickup and drop-off are available, so please make sure to indicate when booking whether you would like pickup or drop-off.

- Please contact us in advance when traveling to outlying areas (Padma Ubud, Kayon Jungle, etc.). (Additional charges will be incurred depending on the type of vehicle and distance, including the number of passengers and destination).
- 1-4 passengers will be allocated a small 7-seater vehicle, with 2 airline checked luggage for 4 passengers or the option to upgrade to an Innova vehicle for 5 or more passengers.
- Any other number of passengers will require a High-Ace vehicle upgrade, which we will quote you upon request.
- If you need a baby car seat, please purchase it as an additional option.
- Your reservation will be scheduled for the time you requested and the driver will be waiting at the meeting point 30-10 minutes in advance.
- If you are late, the driver can wait for you. However, please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you may be treated as a no-show.
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Cancellations requested ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of USD3.65 (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: Refund after deducting 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days prior to travel date to same day or NoShow: no cancellation/change/refund
- All vehicles have been sanitized before traveling.
- All staff traveling with you have been vaccinated.
